(AWLC), located in the Kansas City, Missouri area, is a minority-owned, certified small business offering services in the fields of diversity training, cultural education and foreign language service. AWLC trains and consults with corporations and government agencies worldwide. Our language trainers, interpreters, and translators work in more than 50 languages and are highly skilled and tested. Our diversity trainers develop strategies to create positive changes that will have a long-term impact on the organizational culture of your company, with the purpose of creating a diverse, safer and more productive working environment for all employees. Our language department provides language services to agencies like GSA, Internal Revenue Services, Department of Justice, Aventis Pharmaceuticals, the Auto Club of America, Sprint, T-mobile, and many others.

Emmanuel Ngomsi, Ph.D., Corporate Trainer, Speaker and Award Winning Educator
Dr. Emmanuel Ngomsi is President of All World Languages and Cultures, Inc., a training and consulting corporation specializing in Intercultural Communication, Diversity Education, Team-building Facilitation and Language Services: Translations, Interpreting & Instruction.
Dr. Ngomsi specializes in teaching about world cultures and in promoting respect for diversity and international experience. Ngomsi spent nine years as instructor, Chief Language and Cross-Cultural Coordinator for the United States Peace Corps. He was instrumental in designing a curriculum for Peace Corps volunteers assigned to work in Francophone African countries.
Dr. Ngomsi is the 1995 recipient of the National Foreign Language Fellowship Award, from the National Endowment for the Humanities and the Geraldine R. Dodge Foundation. This distinction allowed him to pursue research on teaching and learning games around the world. He is the creator of Yan-koloba. Emmanuel has published numerous articles on Character Education, cultures and diversity. His recently released book is titled, SHOCKING CULTURES: Hilarious and Disastrous Challenges of Foreign Workers in the USA.
He is active in numerous cultural, foreign languages, educational and professional training associations, and has been a guest speaker, lecturer, and presenter at various national and international conferences. Emmanuel earned his Multidisciplinary Ph.D. in Public Affairs and Administration, and Educational Leadership at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
Dr. Ngomsi was honored as the recipient of the Missouri Municipal League Civic Leadership Award, and was selected as Outstanding Citizen of the Year 2011 from the City of Lee’s Summit, Missouri.
