Do you agree or disagree with the following statements related to Diversity and Inclusion? 

  1. I can unintentionally offend people from other cultures by words, actions or inactions. 
  2. Most people learn their biases and prejudices individually not as a group. 
  3. An employee who creates a toxic workplace for everyone should be dealt with individually.
  4. One yearly group diversity training alone will not change employees’ attitudes or their ability to work effectively and productively with colleagues from different cultures.
  5. The inappropriate actions of a few employees can cost a company its reputation and a lot of money in lawsuits. 
  6. Most multimillion dollar lawsuits or settlements dealing with diversity are caused by a single employee or a small group, not by the entire company or an entire department.

If you agree with these statements, you will also agree with the decision of the increasing number of company leaders who are offering one-on-one diversity and inclusion coaching to their employees.
