Why does an organization need to subscribe to Prepaid Language Interpreting?
Most US-American organizations are increasingly dealing with customers who speak little or no English.  These organizations do not have access to quality language interpreting support. There are many benefits from having access to prompt and reliable services of a quality interpreter.   Even if it's only to make sure that your client understands the terms of a contract you want them to sign, in order to avoid legal ramifications later, the potential savings through the prepaid interpreting can be substantial.  In short, you need it every time you want to communicate with someone who does not speak your language; you call us and you do not need to worry about how much it will cost!

The PLI program is set to respond to the growing need for language interpreting services in various industries, but mostly for the needs of our clients who call on us more and more often.  Currently, organizations in need of language-interpreting customers call a company and schedule an interpreting session.  They pay an hourly rate with a minimum of 2 hours regardless of the length of the interpreting they need, as well as the mileage from the interpreter’s location to the interpreting site.
